2 cup, Chicken
Broth 
6 oz, Chicken,
shredded
½ small onion,
chopped
1 cup broccoli
florets, chopped
¼ cup half and
half
¼ cup shredded
cheddar cheese 
Salt and pepper
to taste
In a sauce pan
combine broth, chicken, onion and broccoli. 
Over medium heat, cook until the broccoli is tender.  Using a potato masher, smash the
broccoli.  Add half and half, cheese,
salt and pepper.  Serves 2 - large servings!
